Junior Group 1：December 31, 2000 to January 1, 1999
Senior Group：December 31, 1998 to January 1, 1996

XIV.  Other regulations
(One)  
The Organizing Commission is responsible to provide competition pads, the electronic scoreboard, helmets, protective devices, etc. appointed by the China TKD Ass.；  
(Two)  
Participating athletes must by self prepare and wear the uniforms, jockstrap, armguards, leggings etc. appointed and recommended by the China TKD Ass.；
(Three)  
All the logos on the uniforms of the participating athletes must be examined by the TKD Ass. for use；
(Four)  
All the teams of the sponsor can mark the name of the sponsor on the Order Book (Result Book)，
Format： Name of the participating team-“XXXXX Team”. The sponsor’s name（In brackets）Not more than 6 Chinese characters or 12 bytes；To do this must be examined and approved by the Organizing Commission with the deadline the same as the registration deadline. The later is no longer accepted.
(Five)  
Deposit：All the participating teams must pay 1000 yuan deposit each once to the Organizing Commission when check in. On the condition that some time doesn’t violate any law and discipliner during the contest，the paid deposit will be returned to the team after the contest.
(Six) 
All the participating teams must in advance inform of arrival time to the Tangshan Railway Station，and the organizer is responsible to send cars to Tangshan Railway Station to pick up.
(Seven) 
Teams are responsible to arrange their own round-trip tickets. If you need the Organizing Commission to arrange round-trip tickets, you must before July 20 contact the Organizing Commission， contact person Tel：15830565830   Zhangshujuan
XV. Fees
(One) 
Event fees：
1. Single events：220 yuan/person，400 yuan/person for two events，600 yuan/person for three
remarks：Single events include Individual poomsae, Mixed Doubles poomsae, Competitive, stunt
2. Teams 100/person（for Taekwondo dancing and self-created Team poomsae only）
(Two) 
The contestants accommodation by themselves.
(Three)
 Fare：20 yuan per person.（ Tangshan Railway Station to the hotels round）
(Three) 
Change levels，50 yuan per person per event.
(Four)
 Insurance：20 yuan/person， the Organizing Commission will arrange Taekwondo Competition special insurance.
XVI. Registration and check in
(One)   
Registration Form： Please visit: www.hbtsta.com ；www.canglong.org；www.wtef.cc and download. After filling in, please before 2015,  July 20 send your electronic Registration Form to: canglong99999@126.com，and then call 0315—2035151 to confirm the success in Registration，Later registration will not be accepted; According to the registration situation, there is the possibility that registration will be over ahead of deadline；
(Two)  
After registration deadline，any changes in groups and levels are not allowed.

Check in： All the teams should check in on August 2, 08:00 to 20:30，and submit the Disclaimers to the Organizing Commission，         
On 20 the meeting of all leaders of teams will be held, and athletes weight and height measuring will be carried out. When check in, each team leader or coach must carry 2 one-inch-standard photographs and each athlete must carry the Membership Certificate, 2 One-inch-standard photos and ID card. When submit Registration Form, pay the fees；
(Five) 
Competitive athletes should provide the hospital issued electroencephalography (heart and brain) and health certificate within one month when check in.
XVII. Matters not mentioned here will be informed of by other organizer’s notice. Teams should browse the website any time and pay attention to the new game supplement notice about the contest.
