Kukkiwon President Hyeon Deuk Oh reforms)

1.国技院将会得到政府的支援，从而扩大场地面积，未来停车场将可容纳350辆汽车。在过去的40多年里，因为国技院的地址是在首尔江南区，所以一直没有人敢把它扩大。不过，我们信任的院长吴贤得决定要挑战这一思路，因此我们可以在未来更进一步设想国技院的发展。

1. The Kukkiwon facility will be expanded several times, with parking able to accommodate as many as 350 vehicles. In 40 years no one dared to make changes to the Kukkiwon，primarily because of the Gangnam location. However, this time the President decided to challenge this thinking, so we could envision further advances and positive developmental benefits for Kukkiwon in the future.

        2.国技院 世界 Hanmadang大会的预赛，半决赛将在不同国家举办，同时决赛将在韩国举行。2018年平昌冬季奥运会结束后，国技院以大力资金支援在世界 Hanmadang大会上的全球跆拳道选手。此外，我们还将计划设立21个比赛项目，并且给予冠军10000美金的大额奖金。

2. The World Taekwondo Hanmadang preliminary competitions will be held in overseas countries, whilst the finals will take place in South Korea. After the 2018 Pyeong Chang Winter Olympic games Kukkiwon has secured the funds to support the World Taekwondo players, for the Hanmadang competition. The plan is for 21 events to take place, from which the best players who participate.

With the amount of US $ 10,000 prize money available for that winner.

        3.目前，国技院已有32名海外公派教师在不同国家执教，我们计划将海外公派师范团队人数扩大到60名。这意味着将来会有更多国技院公派教师将被更多的国家长期邀请至他们国家执教。

3. Currently there are thirty-two Kukkiwon overseas masters with the plan to expand to 60 throughout the world. This means there are more opportunities for Kukkiwon masters to be invited to other countries.

        4.有40多年的时间，韩国政府有国立乐团，国立芭蕾舞团，但是却没有国立跆拳道表演团的。因此国技院将和韩国政府一同成立国立跆拳道表演团。

4. For 40 years South Korea Government has been without a national Taekwondo Demonstration Team. The Korean government has National Ensemble team, Ballet team. Kukkiwon will set up National taekwondo demonstration team for South Korea.

        5.国技院示范团和江南区政府共同成立的国技院常设公演，在目前一直受到广大群众的热爱。一直以来，在众多韩国观光路线里，我们并没有发现过跆拳道路线，自从国技院举行了常设公演，对于跆拳道爱好者来说就是一个很有价值的观光路线。

5. Kukkiwon demonstration performances will be in cooperation with the Seoul Municipal Government. Previously for foreigners who came to Korea for travel there was no exposure to taekwondo performances, therefore now the Kukkiwon course held in Seoul City will be of great value, and it is already very popular now.

        6.世界跆拳道研修院(WTA)是由现任院长吴贤得先生担任国技院世界跆拳道研修院院长时成立的。他是第一位从韩国政府申请5亿韩币到世界跆拳道研修院的人士。而且，世界跆拳道研修院也将搬到茂朱跆拳道公园。

6. The World Taekwondo Academy (WTA) was set up by the now Kukkiwon president Hyeon Deuk Oh, when he was president of the Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Academy. He is the first individual to receive 5 hundred million Won (Korean Dollar) governmental support for Kukkiwon WTA, and the WTA will move in to the South Korean Muju Taekwondo Park.

         7.在韩国，持有国技院段位证的韩国跆拳道人士能获得友利银行银行卡。这是因为国技院吴贤得院长与友利银行签署了战略合作协议。拥有国技院银行卡将会得到很多很好的政策，比如在韩国的百货等地方购买东西能享受打折，累计积分的服务以及无抵押贷款服务。吴院长现正考虑要向全球国技院段位会员提供国际跆拳道银行卡服务。

7. In Korea, individuals affiliated with Taekwondo will be able to obtain a Woori Bank Kukkiwon membership card, because Kukkiwon President Hyeon Deuk Oh had signed for Woori Bank MOU. The Kukkiwon Membership card will provide many benefits, such as discounts in Korean shops, unsecured and easy loans. President Oh is contemplating providing this Kukkiwon Bank card for global taekwondo affiliates who are Kukkiwon Dan certificate members.

        8.国技院一直以来都缺乏宣传，现在我们与YTN 国际新闻签署了战略合作，YTN 国际新闻将会铺盖200多个国家。8月14日，国技院与YTN 国际新闻在南山塔签署合作协议，并举行了示范演出。

8. Kukkiwon has suffered from lack of publicity in the past, now a partnership with Yes Top News, (YTN) broadcast in 200 countries will aid in rectifying that. On the 14th August, Kukkiwon in conjunction with YTN News will have performance events and a cooperation ceremony in South Korea Namsan Tower.
